There are several studios within Feilin Lin's School of Piano.
Before a student commences piano lessons, Feilin Lin will meet with parent(s) and the student(s),
telephonically or in person to learn about the piano student(s). In some cases, Feilin Lin will listen
to the student(s) play to better assess each student's current level and assign a teacher suited to the
student's abilities and goals.
Students' acceptance into Feilin Lin's Piano Studio is on a case-by-case basis. For the student to
join Feilin Lin's personal studio, both the student and parents must be committed to piano
lessons. Most students in Feilin Lin's Piano Studio perform at many piano events, including
charity events, piano festivals, piano competitions, piano auditions, piano seminars, and other
events.
Some piano students who begin piano lessons for fun with other teachers within Feilin Lin's School
of Piano may transfer to Feilin Lin's Piano Studio if there is room in her studio, and if the student
and parents commit to a devoted piano development schedule young pianists should follow to
develop into fine young performing artists. This commitment involves daily piano practice, and
participation in the studio piano events listed above when invited by Feilin Lin.
